3" propeller for rubber motor

This is crazy, but if I were to use 160x1.4x1.4 rubber loop, I think the suitable diameter is 3", just as a starting point.

What pitch though? 1D, 1.5D, 2D?

What material should the blades be made from? Card, Paper Mache, plastic sheet, balsa sheet? I asked Gemini and it had this to say:

"Go with thin plastic sheet if possible. It offers the best balance of light weight, durability, and ease of shaping. If you can't find plastic sheet, thin balsa is a decent second choice, but be sure to reinforce it. Card is a last resort, and I'd avoid paper mache altogether for this application."

Fair enough, I will source for the pre-formed blister pack's plastic as first option.
